Jessica Estepp is a native of Bristol, Tennessee and a 2005 graduate of Tennessee High School. She earned her B.S. degree in Human Services and M.A. degree in School Counseling from East Tennessee State University. Currently, she is working on her Ed. S. in Administration at the University of Tennessee-Knoxville. She began her career in education as a College and Career Counselor with the Niswonger Foundation in Greeneville, Tennessee. She has worked at Jefferson County High School since 2013 as a school counselor, serving at both campuses. During the 2019-2020 school year, she will serve as an assistant principal at the Main Campus of Jefferson County High School. Her husband, Tyler, is a teacher and coach in Hamblen County Schools.
