A message from Mr. Craig Day, Jefferson Elementary School Principal:

 

Morning Arrival: Friday, August 7

• Buses will run on their regular schedule.

• The kindergarten hallway will open at 7:15 a.m.

• The front circle will be closed to vehicle traffic until 7:30 a.m. so buses can unload safely. Car riders may begin using the front circle at 7:30 a.m.

• All students should report to the gym to drop off backpacks. Students eating breakfast will go to the cafeteria and then return to the gym before class dismissal at 7:50 a.m.

 

Afternoon Dismissal: Friday, August 7

• Kindergarten and 1st grade: car riders will be dismissed from the cafeteria at the kindergarten hall door.

• 2nd, 3rd, 4th, and 5th grade: car riders will be dismissed from the gym at the front circle entrance.

 

Important Reminder:

The Blue Hallway (formerly home to our 2nd and 3rd grade classrooms) remains closed indefinitely. There is no student drop-off or pick-up at those doors.
