Four Core Values at work in JCS.

The Core 4

The Jefferson County Board of Education seeks to provide all students with a quality educational experience. We are proud of the academic results as we continue to build a culture of excellence. In addition, we celebrate our career and technical department accomplishments, fine arts programs, and our whole child initiatives. Our goal, in cooperation with parents and community members, is to create positive and productive citizens for the world. Jefferson County has adopted a set of four core values. The Jefferson County Core 4 includes a culture of excellence in everything we do, high quality instruction in all settings, high quality feedback to educators and students to maximize growth, and understanding and utilizing data to ensure we accelerate student learning to the greatest extent possible. #JCCore4 #CultureofExcellence #HighQualityInstruction #DataLiteracy #HighQualityFeedback
