Congratulations to Our Classified Employee of the Year, Ms. Jackson!

We are incredibly excited to recognize our wonderful Instructional Assistant, Ms. Jackson, as our Classified Employee of the Year!

Ms. Jackson gives her all each and every day. Her dedication, patience, kindness, and willingness to go above and beyond make a positive difference in the lives of our students and staff. Whether she is helping a student succeed, supporting our teachers, or lending a helping hand wherever it is needed, Ms. Jackson approaches everything she does with care and commitment. 

Her hard work and dedication do not go unnoticed, and we are so grateful for everything she contributes to our school community.

Our students had the exciting opportunity to welcome author Michael Shoulders to our school! During his visit, Mr. Shoulders shared his love of reading, writing, and storytelling while introducing students to some of his wonderful books.

Students also got a behind-the-scenes look at how a book is created, learning how an idea grows into a story and eventually becomes a published book. Mr. Shoulders encouraged our students to use their creativity, explore their own ideas, and discover the joy that can be found in reading and writing.

We are so thankful to Michael Shoulders for spending time with our students and providing such a fun, educational, and inspiring experience. What a wonderful way to encourage our young readers and future authors!
